About

Occupational therapy (OT) is the use of activities to help people who have suffered injury or disability to be as independent as possible in daily life. Occupational therapists (OTs) work with people of all ages and abilities, including children, adults and the elderly.

OT intervention at Life is client-centred, and will vary based on individual needs. Your first meeting with the therapist will take the form of an assessment that will guide the therapeutic activities conducted during future visits.

Please feel free to navigate our site to find out more about treatments offered at Life OT.
